Our History
Chiang SA was founded in 2017 by Eng. Luis Chiang, with the vision of bringing Ecuador to the highest standards of innovation and technological quality. But the story began much earlier.
In 2015, as a personal venture, we began developing applications for the telecommunications sector, remotely managing more than 22,000 routers in Ecuador.
Today, Chiang SA organizes more than 19,000 monthly visits and automates more than 180,000 customer service interactions, with over 1,000,000 end users served by software built by our team.
